• 2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour

  • 1 1/4 cups Greek yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

  • 100g shaved ham, roughly chopped (optional)

  • 1/4 cup pineapple pieces finely diced

  • 1/2 cup Crunchy Combo

  • 1/2 green capsicum finely diced

  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and yoghurt together until it forms a dough

  3. Allow to rest for 5 minutes

  4. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and give it a quick knead, then roll out into a long rectangle about 20cm wide and 1cm thick

  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rectangle, leaving a 2cm strip without sauce on one long edge

  6. Sprinkle over ham, pineapple, Crunchy Combo, capsicum and cheese

  7. Starting at the long edge covered in topping, roll up tightly

  8. Using a serrated knife, gently cut into 2cm thick slices

  9. Place slices on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown (makes 12 - 14 scrolls)
