Ham & Salad Alfalfa Wraps

These healthy and easy to prepare rolls are perfect for school lunches.

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 4 wraps

  • ½ cup hummus

  • 150g shaved leg ham

  • 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts

  • 2 cups lettuce leaves

  • ½ red onion, finely sliced

  • Salt and cracked pepper to season

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread each wrap with hummus.

  2. Top with a thin layer of ham, then cucumber, tomato, Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, lettuce and onion.

  3. Season with salt and cracked pepper.

  4. Roll up tightly, slice each roll in half and serve.
