Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Alfalfa Bagel

There’s nothing quite like a bagel topped with cream cheese and salmon, and the addition of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts adds a delicious crunchy texture. Perfect for lunch or even a fancy afternoon tea.



  • 4 bagels

  • 150g cream cheese, softened

  • 100g smoked salmon

  • ½ red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 punnet Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts

  • 1 tbsp baby capers

  • Few sprigs of dill

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges


  1. Slice bagels in half and spread bottom half with cream cheese.

  2. Top with smoked salmon, onion, Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, capers and dill.

  3. Place the remaining bagel half on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
