Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Alfalfa Bagel
There’s nothing quite like a bagel topped with cream cheese and salmon, and the addition of Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts adds a delicious crunchy texture. Perfect for lunch or even a fancy afternoon tea.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 bagels 
- 150g cream cheese, softened 
- 100g smoked salmon 
- ½ red onion, finely sliced 
- 1 punnet Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts 
- 1 tbsp baby capers 
- Few sprigs of dill 
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice bagels in half and spread bottom half with cream cheese. 
- Top with smoked salmon, onion, Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, capers and dill. 
- Place the remaining bagel half on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
